Florencia is definitely the most democratic ice cream parlour in The Hague. People of all walks of life come here to enjoy a good coffee or ice cream at a fair price. Both quality of the products and interior have not changed since the seventies. Our tip: try the latte. It is very, very ‘latte’ .

A fairly new breakfast and lunchroom that has already made a name for itself. The owners are clearly dedicated to quality.
